Today in literature circles, students worked together to map out the main events for the story. Tomorrow, we will have word wizard presentations and work on the next stage of their Characterization Essays.
As a preview, the final Characterization Essay which will be due prior to spring break will include the following:
Introduction
Body Paragraph #1- Character 1 (3 traits, 3 quotes with set up and explanations) - This was due on 03/22 (draft).
Body Paragraph #2- Character 1 (3 traits, 3 quotes with set up and explanations) - This will be due by 03/25 (draft).
Body Paragraph #3- Significant Event and Characters' Response - Due date to be announced.
